When you select the consent checkbox and continue, SM Traders saves a lightweight enquiry record before opening WhatsApp. That record includes your contact details, selected products and quantities, requirements, listed-price estimate, consent time and a reference number so our team can prepare and follow up on the quotation.
3. WhatsApp communications
When you continue to WhatsApp, your communication is also handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices. SM Traders receives the message and contact details made available through that service and uses them to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and coordinate an agreed order.
4. Catalog measurement and technical information
We record limited, pseudonymous catalog events such as product views, category views and quote-cart or WhatsApp hand-offs to understand product demand and improve the site. We do not use these events for online advertising. Our hosting providers may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.
